Terms of service
These terms govern use of Zyven, provided by Kryonix Labs. By creating an account you agree to them. If you are connecting a business's Square or bank accounts you confirm you are authorised to do so on that business's behalf.
Current status of the service
Zyven is in a pre-launch sandbox phase. Provider connections use Plaid and Square sandbox environments; figures shown may be derived from synthetic data and must not be relied on for any financial decision. Live financial data is enabled only for customers who have been separately admitted to a controlled pilot in writing. Zyven is currently free of charge; no paid plan, billing or refund process exists yet.
What Zyven does and does not do
- Zyven reads payment and bank data you connect and computes cash, payout, runway and profit figures, daily briefs and money-move suggestions.
- Zyven is read-only with respect to your money. It does not initiate transfers, payments or payouts. Approving a money-move suggestion records your decision only; you carry it out yourself with your bank or processor.
- Profit figures depend on the completeness of the data you connect and the cost inputs you provide. Where Zyven cannot compute a figure it shows it as unavailable rather than estimating it. Figures are informational and are not accounting, tax, legal or investment advice.
- Language-model output, where enabled, is a draft for your review. It is not a recommendation from Kryonix Labs.
Your account
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Only the business owner can connect or disconnect providers and decide on suggestions.
- There is no self-service password reset yet. If you lose access, email [email protected]; we verify ownership before restoring access.
- Do not attempt to access another business's data, probe the service for vulnerabilities without prior written permission, or use Zyven for unlawful purposes.
Third-party providers
Your use of Plaid and Square through Zyven is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We may suspend a connection if a provider requires it or if we detect a security problem.
Data
Our privacy notice describes what we collect and how to request deletion. Disconnecting a provider and deleting your account are described on the delete account page.
Availability and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, Kryonix Labs is not liable for decisions you make based on figures shown in Zyven, or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and termination
We may change these terms or the service; material changes will be shown in the app or sent to your account email. You may stop using Zyven and request deletion at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.
