Product
A cash picture that names the day things get tight.
Zyven reads your Square sales and bank activity, spots your recurring bills, and projects the next 90 days three ways: cautious, expected and optimistic. You see the date you would dip below your safety floor, and what to do about it.
What you see
One screen, one decision.
Set aside $1,000 for Friday payroll before Thursday’s rent clears.
Cash on hand is the balance across your connected accounts. Free after committed bills subtracts every recurring payment Zyven has spotted in the next 14 days, so you know what is really yours to spend.
Days until safety floor is how long, at your current pace, before you cross the minimum balance you set. The next tight day is the first date the expected forecast dips below that floor.
A Money Move is a drafted, dated recommendation with the numbers behind it. You approve or dismiss it in Zyven and carry it out in your own bank. Zyven cannot move money.
Figures are from a sample café profile for illustration, not customer results.
Capabilities
The questions every owner asks, answered before you ask them.
Daily profit brief
Yesterday's sales minus fees, refunds, cost of goods and operating expenses. One number you can trust, in your inbox before you open the doors.
Cash runway
How many days of cash you have at your current pace, the date you would dip below your safety floor, and every recurring bill coming up in the next 90 days.
Timing squeezes
When payroll or a big bill is due before your next payout lands, Zyven flags it days ahead — with the shortfall spelled out in dollars.
Money Moves
When cash is at risk, Zyven drafts one specific move: how much to set aside, where, and by when. You approve or dismiss. You make the transfer in your own bank.
Ask Zyven
“Will my payout land before payroll?” “How much of my cash is already spoken for?” Ask in plain English and get an answer built only from your verified figures.
Everything in one place
Profit, cash, upcoming bills and connected accounts on one screen. No spreadsheets, no exports, no month-end surprises.
Evidence and owner control
Zyven recommends. You decide.
Zyven is built so you never have to take its word for it. Every figure shows where it came from, every recommendation shows the numbers behind it, and nothing happens to your money unless you do it yourself.
Every number shows its work
Every figure is built from your own sales, deposits and expenses and shows the date it was last updated. If the data is stale, Zyven says so instead of guessing.
You approve, Zyven never moves money
Zyven has no ability to send, transfer or spend your money. A Money Move is a written recommendation. It becomes real only when you act on it in your own bank.
Recommendations expire
Every drafted move has a deadline. If the situation changes or you don't act, it expires and Zyven redrafts from fresh numbers instead of nagging you with old advice.
Your feedback shapes what you see
You can dismiss any move and rate any answer as helpful or not. Your judgment stays in charge of what counts as a good call for your business.
